Summary:
We are seeking an Entry Level Manufacturing Generalist for our Cloth Filtration Plant.
The ideal candidate will be interested in learning about different areas of our manufacturing processes, machinery, and tools used in the production of cloth filtration products.
This exposure will open several opportunities for career direction and growth.
Departments:
Cutting - laser operations Latex/Grommetting - painting and machine use Sewing - both industrial sewing and Velcro machine use Responsibilities Overview:
Specific responsibilities will align with the department and job description within.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment Required
Qualifications:
Dedicated and reliable Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy materials, and perform repetitive tasks Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed Preferred
Qualifications:
