Office Assistant 1 Keyboarding

Office Assistant 1 Keyboarding performs office support and clerical work to meet the requirements of agency programs. Such work may consist of, but is not limited to, data entry; math or calculations; mail supply and inventory related tasks; keyboarding and other document preparation tasks; answering telephones; completing forms, assisting customers, creating or assisting in the preparation of reports, charts, graphs, and tables, and other related activities. This work i accomplished in accordance with applicable procedures, rules, regulations, and laws.
Job Function
Office Assistant 1 Keyboarding performs office support and clerical work to meet the requirements of agency programs. Such work may consist of, but is not limited to, data entry; math or calculations; mail supply and inventory related tasks; keyboarding and other document preparation tasks; answering telephones; completing forms, assisting customers, creating or assisting in the preparation of reports, charts, graphs, and tables, and other related activities. This work i accomplished in accordance with applicable procedures, rules, regulations, and laws.
Salary Range:
From $34152 to $42251 Annually
Minimum Qualification
Eligible for transfer, or reachable for appointment from the appropriate eligible list, or meet the following qualifications for provisional appointment:
There are no minimum education or experience requirements, however, you will be required to pass a keyboarding test that demonstrates your ability to enter text at a rate of at least 30 words per minute with at least 96% accuracy. Also, you must be able to read, write, and speak English and must be able to follow both written and spoken instructionsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
