Trades Generalist
Maintain the safe and efficient operation of the facilities mechanical equipment infrastructure. The position is valuable to deliver practical experience and theoretical knowledge in a variety of trades, including but not limited to:
welding, plumbing, HVAC, building construction, electrical, and locksmith. The position has also been utilized to operate heavy equipment and perform snow removal.

Salary Range:
From $47530 to $58016 Annually
Minimum Qualification
Must have four years of full time experience in a trade under a skilled tradesperson which would provide training equivalent to that given in a training, apprenticeship, or equivalent program or an equivalent combination of experience and training gained by completion of technical courses in skilled trades at a school, institute, or branch of the armed services.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
